I think Siriani, more than other issues, has really and finally been exposed as woefully inadequate. I had my strong doubts about him last year but now they have been proven. HC is the vortex of the Hydra-like problems that we face.
As badly as they played (aside from a few exceptions like Darius Cooper), if they get any points on that one long drive they likely hang on to win. But even a win (which would have felt better) doesn't take away from the larger issues with this team. Add the injuries to that and it doesn't look good.
Ugh totally, they were so close. It feels like they are so fundamentally broken offensively. They had so many opportunities to win this one and get back on track, but the offense was historically awful.
Great Article.
