This was especially interesting for a YouTube TV-er unable to witness the game. I love the 1960 championship reference! A Daboll and LeFleur two-for-one dig is a treat!! Is there any possibility that the late 4th down pass was an attempt to get intercepted and serve as a mini punt?
I'm a YouTube TV-er too unfortunately, but luckily I was traveling and could watch the game in a hotel that had cable. Disney and YouTube TV need to get it together for us Alan! As for the last play, my guess is Hurts saw something in the defense that told him that shot to AJ would be open. The Green Bay defense was expecting run and passing against a run defense typically has a positive result. That being said, the Eagles lined up in shotgun formation, a tell that they're going to pass. And they tried to hit AJ on a go route which isn't the highest percentage. If you wanted to get the 1st on 4th and 6 (which would've ended the game), why not disguise your look by going under center (where the defense is thinking maybe they're trying to draw us offside) and work play-action or pass out of the look to get the first. Still a questionable call, but a better play. Either way, your defense was playing lights out so why not punt the ball and let them end the game for you. Weird call all around. What did you think about it?
I AM LEARNING SPORT BALL!
(It’s a nice reminder that, as bad as it gets, it can always be worse. lmfao)
Caroline! Lol I'm going to make sure that by the end of the season you know enough to coach a football team.
That was indeed bad football at its finest 🤣
Lol true slop. How was the game at Lambeau?? It looked like there were a ton of Eagles fans!
Game was awesome. Tons of birds fans!
